Restoring The Foundations is an international ministry which has been providing Hope for healing, Freedom from life's deepest struggles, and Renewed purpose for living for over 35 years, by assisting ministry receivers to personally encounter God's powerful Love, Presence and Peace. Thousands of others are walking in freedom today thanks to the revelation of Restoring The Foundations.
RTF is an integrated approach to healing which consists of breaking Generational Curses; replacing ungodly beliefs with Godly beliefs; Soul/Spirit hurts healing and then removing demonic oppression (deliverance). Because all four areas are addressed together the results are lasting and incredible. It is led by the Holy Spirit and a certified RTF ministry team (us).

All About ARC Inc
The Apostolic Retreat Center's program originated in a dream which the Lord gave Terry in September of 2015.
Through much prayer and waiting on The Lord, the Retreat Centers are becoming a reality.
We sought counsel and wisdom from spiritual leaders in the area and we owe thanks to Rick and Lori Taylor from The Santa Maria Healing Rooms Apostolic Center for their support and encouragement in pursuing the dream.
We believe God wants to LOVE on pastors and their spouses.
We believe He desires a ministry partnership to do it.

Meet Our Founders.
Brian and Terry Meeks have been active in ministry for many years. They are graduates of The Healing Rooms School of Supernatural Ministry, Global Legacy's Leadership Development Program as well as Transform Our World's Accelerator Leadership Training.
Brian and Terry are Restoring The Foundations Healing House Network Ministers and Trainers bringing healing and freedom to ministry receivers around the world. They travel to train teams and to bring healing to individuals and couples. They are certified Transformation Consultants with Transforming Your Business and have stepped into a leadership role assisting TYB becoming a global spiritual powerhouse.

Their passions are to heal and encourage leaders so they can lead others unhindered into new depths of God encounters.
